About
Lencsi Angel

Approach
I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions to best meet your unique needs and goals. My work is grounded in an attachment and differentiation lens, and I draw upon both my clinical expertise and lived experience to support your healing and growth.
I believe that while we cannot always control our circumstances, we can choose how we respond to them. Through exploration of your past, present, and future, we will identify the thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relational patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while also uncovering and building upon your unique strengths and inner wisdom.
Therapy is an investment in a happier, healthier and more grounded YOU. Having benefited deeply from therapy myself, I know firsthand the courage that this process takes. It can feel vulnerable and be challenging but it is also tremendously rewarding—and I’m right here to do it alongside you as a fellow human. We can cry, laugh and even curse together. Let’s team up and really make this experience worth it for you.

Before we dive into your story, here is a bit about mine...
I earned my BA in Film & Television driven by a desire to tell stories about the pain and beauty of human connection. After working in Hollywood for a few years, I moved to South America to help my family run restaurants and manage their teams. It was during that time I realized my true calling was working with people one-on-one to support their emotional and relational lives.
I returned to the States to pursue my degree in therapy. While I’m originally from Southern California, I completely fell in love with life in the Pacific Northwest, and this is home now.
I am married, a mom to one amazing kiddo, half Colombian, and queer—identities that shape how I move through the world, how I show up as a clinician, and why I love supporting the clients I work with.
Being a therapist brings deep meaning to my life, and I genuinely enjoy doing this work. When I'm not in session, you can usually find me walking somewhere beautiful, traveling near or far, drawing, dancing or biking with my kid, catching a film, or happily eating way too much cheese or sushi.
My greatest joy is simply spending quality time with friends and family—creating real moments of connection, play, and laughter.
